Refund policy
Return/Exchange:
We will gladly accept any like-new product for return or exchange for any reason if it is shipped back within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition. All returns must be pre-authorized via email. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Madeline Parks Designs is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please make sure you use a traceable shipping method to ensure it arrives.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 7-10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
